GENERAL CLASS FEES AND POLICIES

Tuition - Tuitions listed below are for the Binghamton class sites.

  • Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit is due thirty days before class. Balance due two weeks before start of class.
  • Family Plan: A second family member (by blood or by choice) living in the same household can attend at a discounted rate. On a space available/ by permission basis. One workbook per family.
  • Touch For Health Credits for BKP Programs: If you have completed TFH 4, one of the following credits are available:
    - Repeaters Fee- $700 tuition credit (allows you to sit in on BKP 101-104 classes)
    - RPL Cedit- $1000 tuition credit for completion of TFH 4 (may not sit in on BKP 101-104 classes)
  • Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied to any balances not paid by fourteen days before class date.
  • Any payment plans, barter or work study must be approved and signed by both instructor and student at least 30 days before class starts.

CLASS POLICIES

Class Listing - Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule class for any reason. Instructor reserves the right to use, or substitute, additional or alternate instructors without notice.

Instructor Cancellation or Rescheduling - Full refund, including deposit, will be issued, or at students request full tuition transferred to another class.

Student cancellation - If student cancels with at least two weeks notice, a refund, excluding deposit, will be issued, or at students request tuition, excluding deposit, may be transferred to another class. Cancellation with less than two weeks notice, or a student "no show", will result in forfeiture of tuition, or at instructors sole option, transfer of tuition, excluding deposit, to another course.

If student is able to find an acceptable replacement for their seat in class. Student may request that this alternate person sit in and take the course for them instead. This option is up to instructor’s sole discretion to approve.

If enrolled in one campus you are eligible to do makeup (or vacation) classes at any of the other locations at no extra cost, space available with prior approval. 

Course Coordinator(s) - Responsible for finding and securing an appropriate location for classes to be taught. Assisting in advertising and marketing classes to ensure finding adequate number of students to take classes. Sets up and takes down learning environment, including organizing and setting up refreshments.

Payment plans - Students may make payments towards any class tuition. Funds will be held until student advises which class they are registering for. As soon as student has submitted registration form all above policies apply. If doing payment plan Earlybird discount will always apply, and late registration fee will be waived, regardless of when registration form is actually submitted.
