OVERCOMING CO-DEPENDENCY

Using Kinesiology for Relationships

Whether you are a mental health professional, energy worker, or healthcare practitioner actively working with clients, this workshop teaches you powerful ways to allow your client to identify and safely release old patterns.

Co-dependency is sometimes called ‘relationship addiction’ because people with Co-dependency tend to form or maintain relationships that are one-sided, emotionally destructive and/or abusive. It is both an emotional and a behavioral condition which affects an individual’s ability to have healthy, mutually satisfying relationships.

Those who have completed this workshop will be able to recognize the characteristics of Co-dependency to bring awareness and acceptance; teach clients the basics of mental and emotional self care; assist clients complete a Co-dependency questionnaire and administer a Co-dependency quiz; encourage clients to explore early childhood issues and their relationship to current destructive behavior patterns; help clients get in touch with feelings that have been buried during childhood and use kinesiology techniques to defuse the past from the present to allow them to experience their full range of feelings again and with new skills reconstruct healthy personal and family dynamics.
