TOP 10 PAIN RELEASERS

Got Pain???

Kinesiology can help!

Self-help techniques for reducing stress and pain

Based in Oriental Medicine - Kinesiology works by finding out where energy is blocked in your body and helps to naturally restore normal flow.

“Top 10 Pain Releasers” Is a fun one day class that teaches you safe, simple, natural, hands-on ways to help you deal with acute or chronic pain. Without using drugs or needles.

These techniques usually yield immediate improvement in comfort and often increased function and range of motion in muscle & joint problems.

Techniques covered in this class include:

  • Auricular massage
  • Hydration testing
  • Music for p ain relief
  • Releasing muscle cramps
  • Meridian massage
  • Basic m uscle testing procedure
  • Specific neuromuscular reset techniques
  • Energy stroking
  • Neurovascular balance
  • Neurolymphatic massage
  • Brazilian toe massage

Benefits of these techniques:

  • Auricular massage - Energizes and releases tension in all parts of the body, especially the neck and jaw region.
  • Water - Externally: reduce pain and swelling.   Internally: increases energy, enhances mental alertness, flushes toxins through the system, can dilute and lessen the negative effects of dietary indiscretions/sensitivities, and can be important in reducing water retention (edema).
  • Pain relief through music - For relief of stress, pain, muscle tension, intestinal discomfort, fatigue, insomnia, and jet lag.
  • Releasing muscle cramps - Using the spindle so release or feathering the muscle are both gentle and effective methods of releasing muscle cramps and tightness.  A more thorough balance for tight muscles, especially resulting from overuse, will be presented in the specific neuromuscular reset techniques.
  • Meridian massage - Energizes, enhances mental alertness, promotes general relaxation, reduces pain in tension.  (We also teach them a variation which they can use to treat surface pain or throbbing from an acute injury i.e. stubbed your toe, banging your knee, etc.)
  • Specific neuromuscular reset techniques - Relieves tension and pain of sore muscles and joint areas that have an overworked or injured.
  • Energy stroking - Reduces pain, especially injury is, acute pain, headaches, Burns and sunburns.
  • Neurovascular balance - Enhances mental clarity, relaxation, feeling more present in the body, prevention and relief of headaches.
  • Neurolymphatic massage - Relieves tension and muscular pain, increases energy as well as relaxation.  Muscle tension that may be a result of digested in balances and food sensitivities responds best to NL massage.
  • Brazilian toe massage - Deeply relaxes the body.  Great for insomnia, nausea, digested disturbances, and pain.
Kens Comments on the power of these techniques:
  • I have used these techniques on people who have been on long-term (i.e 20 -30 years) narcotics resulting in them no longer taking any routine pain meds including Tylenol or ibuprofen.
  • I routinely use them on my athletes to get them back into play immediately.
  • I have used these when I work in the Emergency Room because they were better and faster than giving them even IV morphine or Valium.
  • These techniques were great for kids and adults and can be used on yourself or on others
  • No medications, equipment, or specialized supplies are needed to do these techniques. They are great for when you are on the go!
  • Great course for headache sufferers. I used them on a client who used to get nasty migraines which several times required IV narcotics.  She no longer even gets a simple headache because of these techniques.
  • This is a great course for insomniacs - between neurovascular's and Brazilian toe massage I have seen many people snoring within 20 minutes.
